Gratitude

Since we have become older enough with our age, our parents have trained us to say "Thank you", a simple and best way to express our gratitude towards somebody.

Have we thought, how much gratitude do we express in our daily life?

Have we ever thought to show our gratitude towards our servants or children or spouce or parents who contribute on daily basis in our survival since morning till night ?

How often we have been thankful for the unknown people who play very important role in our daily life like, a team of people who are diputed for cotinued electric supply, water supply, running railways, flying our flights, delivarying our mails, soilders on the front, policemen petroling in the night, the farmer cultivating the crops, the cow milked for our daily requiremets of milk and the list is very very long...

Above all, have we ever thought to be thankful for the inmate objects which serve us every time, like our laptop, pen, clothes, utensils, vehichle, TV, refrigrator, furniture and list is again very long...

To be thankful for the non-life objects sounds absurd ...may be insane.

I learned this in Jan 2014 during my advance certification on Past Life Healing where it was told that every single object is an energy, living or non-living, and it serves us.

So, it is also human to be full of gratitude towards living and non-living both.

I did it when I sold my scooter which served me for 15 years, a scooter who witnessed the most hard days of my life....I simply thanked mentally when it was leaving me...and expressed all the gratitude to be the part of my journey which was full of hardships...I cloud feel....the heavyness filled in my heart but a sort of peace in my mind.

Be grateful on daily basis for every single thing the universe has granted to us...

  1. Well mentioned. The attitude of gratefulness brings subtle changes in us, which brings us closer to God, which is ultimate aim of all human being.

Past Life, impacting the Present Life

“Why is it happening with me?” A common question flashes in our mind, especially when we pass through a rough patch of our life. Usually we console ourselves by believing it to be the wish of God. We find ourselves helpless and just wait with a faith that even this will pass away or surrender to the situation where we perceive that solution is out of question/reach. The situation at work place, relationships, financial condition, health issues, and numerous concerns pester us in our entire life. It is melioration that most of us do search to appease the situation by some way or other. The question is; why does it happen? We need to understand that, we are souls in our physical bodies. We are on an eternal journey of evolution. This evolutionary process progresses every moment and offers us the choice. It is we who choose in every moment. In this process of choice we create certain beliefs which are carried life after life. These are known as KARMA. These ...

Innner conflict at work place

Every moment we evolve through facing what we have chosen. Our family and work place are two points which show us our intense karma, where we need to face intense shames and intense joys. Both these places give us the sense of completion. Since last few months, my work place is the point where I am finding myself stuck. Miseries are seeping in, teasing me to an extent of getting angry, self-blame, self-pity etc. What is the cause of such misery?            After connecting with the divine, I got an understanding. Everything is connected to our identity. Most of us are victim of Identity Crisis. Our work place gives us an identity and, when the performance is not to an expectation, we feel that we are losing our identity. What is this identity? As a soul, we have come long way since our origin unknown. Coming to the physical realm after treading our way from other realms, we have lost the link with our crea...

Corporate Application: Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test

An employee is an asset for an organization. Growth of the employees plays an important role in the retention of the manpower, and pays to the growth of the organization as well. Matching the skills required for a project/role and the personality type is always a big challenge for the management. It is always a risk of double loss by giving promotion to an existing employee; loss of a performer in the previous role, and loss of a manager in a new role, if, the personality type does not suit to the new role.  Most of the organizations follow the process of internal assessment for promotions, even then the risk prevails. Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test ((DMIT) can be of great help to reduce this risk of mis-match. This scientific technique could not only help in selection of the employees but also finding the needs of training and learning patterns.  Dermatoglyphics is the term coined by Dr. Harold Cummins, the father of American fingerpri...
