Forgiveness: Forgiving self and others

The biggest problem of our life" Understanding forgiveness...forgiving self...forgiving others".

Forgiveness is one deep thought which has access to the unlimited peace which is eternal in nature. To forgive others from the core of the heart is difficult as we have the resentments against that person and want the same happening to that person. We forget that the thought of resentments, revenge etc are burdens on our soul which we carry birth after birth and punish ourselves.

At the same time, it is more difficult to understand that this has roots in our forgiveness for ourselves. We have lot of resentments against ourselves. We have thoughts to punish ourselves and keep punishing.
Example: If we are addict to something in life, it is a sort of punishment we impose on ourselves for not forgiving ourselves for the deeds we committed in our past lives. We punish our being, our physical body and thus the emotional plane...creating more karma.

So, in order to practice forgiveness, start with self, sit and pray to the almighty to give you the understanding of the resentments one has towards oneself and then ask strength to forgive oneself.
This exercise may take several days or may be months...but as this exercise begins, many problems in life start dissolving.
One feels lighter from inside when this process begins and progresses. Even talk to your organs and forgive them and ask forgiveness.

Then move to the others, parents, siblings, relatives, friends, colleagues, know and unknown people. This should be done in meditation. Forgive and ask forgiveness...

Forgive...and go forward in your journey of evolution.

(based on self experience on the topic done around 16 years back...learned and practiced and noted the results)

Have a forgiving week ahead,

Anurodh

  1. Truly wonderful. If we can practice in a simplest way by forgiving every action knowingly or unknowingly done everyday the burden of or accumulation of samsakara doesn't envelope our soul . Thus keeping it clear from all bondings.

What is the function of Astrology?

To read this blog post in Hindi, kindly go to https://www.jyotishhealer.com/2020/04/astrologyfunction.html   The function of Astrology is to study ‘the formless manifesting in form’.   Let us understand it in a crisp way, on the basis of ‘Form’ and ‘Formless’, the concept has been well defined in Sanatan ideology and in some ideologies around the world.   A question is often discussed that how does Astrology work? It is authentic and scientific?   Add caption   Everything which is tangible and felt by our sense organs is ‘form’. The physical realm is form. We are form. Our possessions are form. Science is the study of form. It validates and then admits it. It is the way science works. No questions on it.   There are many things which we cannot see from our physical eyes and experience it by the sense organs many times, is ‘formless’. Nobody knows where we were before birth and where do we go after death? What is that in the body which makes it l...

My Planets and my close relatives

I often come across people asking, are their planets affecting their near relatives (parents, spouce, children etc) ? My simple answer is NO. How can your dasa effect other persons in your family or close to you ? It is simply a misconception. We need to understand, we are souls and everybody of us has our own account of Karma created in various life times. We are purely independent. We incarnate with other souls to learn lessons only and of course to support in this physical realm as parents, spouce, children, friends or some other relationships. As we are all connected to others by Karmic connections, our horoscope is the reflection of those relationships which are there with us in this life. Example: Suppose, in a horoscope of a child, it is evident that the father is well placed in his career and the family is well to do. For instance, before the the birth of the child, father is not doing well in his career . As the child takes birth, fat...
