Forgiveness: Forgiving self and others

The biggest problem of our life" Understanding forgiveness...forgiving self...forgiving others".

Forgiveness is one deep thought which has access to the unlimited peace which is eternal in nature. To forgive others from the core of the heart is difficult as we have the resentments against that person and want the same happening to that person. We forget that the thought of resentments, revenge etc are burdens on our soul which we carry birth after birth and punish ourselves.

At the same time, it is more difficult to understand that this has roots in our forgiveness for ourselves. We have lot of resentments against ourselves. We have thoughts to punish ourselves and keep punishing.
Example: If we are addict to something in life, it is a sort of punishment we impose on ourselves for not forgiving ourselves for the deeds we committed in our past lives. We punish our being, our physical body and thus the emotional plane...creating more karma.

So, in order to practice forgiveness, start with self, sit and pray to the almighty to give you the understanding of the resentments one has towards oneself and then ask strength to forgive oneself.
This exercise may take several days or may be months...but as this exercise begins, many problems in life start dissolving.
One feels lighter from inside when this process begins and progresses. Even talk to your organs and forgive them and ask forgiveness.

Then move to the others, parents, siblings, relatives, friends, colleagues, know and unknown people. This should be done in meditation. Forgive and ask forgiveness...

Forgive...and go forward in your journey of evolution.

(based on self experience on the topic done around 16 years back...learned and practiced and noted the results)

Have a forgiving week ahead,

  1. Truly wonderful. If we can practice in a simplest way by forgiving every action knowingly or unknowingly done everyday the burden of or accumulation of samsakara doesn't envelope our soul . Thus keeping it clear from all bondings.

Baby Steps...

How often do we notice the way we treat ourselves in every moment? Do we need to revisit our relationship with ourselves? These   thoughts   were revealed to me in     “self healing” session.                 Few weeks back, I was healing my most knotty issue which is related to my career.   My friends know about the step I took few years back regarding my career and surprised everyone. The good part was, my entire family did not question for a single time on my next move as if everybody was so confident about my thoughts and skills. Three years have passed and I am heading on the path I chose with full determination though the road is rough and tough. As a human, I am also having emotions which often pull me down. I feel sometimes that I am blocked . Even though I am having skills but, not applying it in optimum way or, let’s say the minimum required quantum of work is missing. This self analysis burdens me with a heavy weight of guilt on my heart and numbs me. I

Misconceptions in Astrology: MANGLIK DOSHA

As an astro counsellor, generally I hear some quotes from the people about certain yogas (planetary combinations) and planets, which are percieved to be dangerous and, even life threatening. Examples: Manglik dos h a (a combination formed by the placement of Mars [Mangal] in the natal chart). It is believed that, it can create havoc in the married life of a person. Shani (Saturn) is refered as a dangerous planet by the common people and even most of the astrologers. Shani's mahadasa, Shani 's sade-saati, Shani Dhayiya etc are the terms which rob the night's sleep of a person once told about them. Rahu-Ketu are the planets which also fall in the same catagory of creating terror in the mind of a common man. Birth in Moola nakshtra is another hyped yoga about it's inauspiciousness. This list is long. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In this article, I am

You forget yourself

Have we ever thought that, our own success can teach us principles of being successful? Read this article... SUCCESS is a buzz word in today's fast track world. We are running since morning till night in search of success. Lot of pages have been written on this most important ingredient of our self esteem. Lot many philosophies and ideologies revolve round this but, the truth is, success is having different definitions for all of us in different situations of our life. I read a book recently where the writer pointed out the important point; We succeed in every moment . Even rising live in the morning and getting to bed again after facing the entire day is the success. So, success is not having a fixed definition. It varies. In childhood, getting that win in street game was the success and, scoring first division in class tenth got to another level of success. Getting a good job, married to a loving partner, starting a family and...th
